One of the pioneers of the shoegaze scene in the Philippines, Sonnet LVIII formed in 1992 having been inspired by My Bloody Valentine, Adorable and Ride and led the No Zone conglomerate during the mid-'90s. They recorded twelve songs in 1995 for an album that never saw release. They issued a self-released EP in 2000 and eleven years later, released all their recordings digitally. They recently reissued it on vinyl as Crossing Oceans. Background vocals in this track by Les of Shoemart/ Blinded By Love. Find them on Bandcamp: sonnet58.bandcamp.com
This is some really fun electronic music with a good cyberpunk feeling to it. Dark electro without really being dark. Something for those into EBM and genre definitions like that. It will appeal to those who enjoy our electronic music a bit on the dark side. Aldo Quispel
