Originally a solo project by Kaloy when the first album was released in 2014, it eventually became a full band a year later when they issued Every Step Is Backward. The group then went back to basics returning as a three-piece unit, maintaining their shoegaze influence but fused with 90’s indie rock noise with the addition of Rio complementing Kaloy and Vin and releasing Gadilaab in 2019 under Beat The Robot and Monopond Records. This track is a re-imagining of the song Bell Spell from the 2014 album, re-recorded and sung in Kaloy's native Bisaya. Find them on Facebook: www.facebook.com/pastilandong/
along with "A Lonely Gust Toward the Heavens" are among my favorite albums of 2019. Incredible music, great production, honestly it's incredible. antonella m
An unique compilation derived from a period of isolation in which all these great musicians and sound enthusiasts were able to experiment and create unique tunes to let the mind wander off into blissful oblivion. josedenoche

These guys go hard and slap you with mental instrumentals.
This is rifftastic and has some unexpected twists along the way. There's some giant cascading solos us guys appreciate and plenty of dynamism to boot!
A happy find and an enjoyable meditation as I observe dusk.
